Size? Reveals Exclusive Collaboration With Nike for 25th Anniversary

Launches app.In celebration of Size?’s 25th anniversary, the British retailer has collaborated with Nike on a new and exclusive Air Max 90 design.The Swoosh and Size? have a long history of collaborations, with dozens of exclusive releases spanning more than two decades across many colorways and silhouettes – for instance, the Air Max 1 “Considered” or the Air Force 1 “Manchester.”However, as Size? puts it, the Air Max 90 silo was the obvious choice for the anniversary not only because it is “oozing with rich history” but also because it serves as a “love letter to its predecessors” and is also the perfect canvas for endless interpretation.The new design features a multi-material upper crafted from off-white mesh and suede, finished with oversized top-stitching. It has perforated materials decorating the toe box, graphic panelling on the inner quarter, and is completed with interchangeable laces and an orange tongue boldly referencing Size? signature branding.A more standout design feature of the sneaker, however, is the translucent outsole. The underfoot detail includes a combination of transparent and opaque sole materials that reveal Swoosh patterns and branding underneath, appearing as if they were drawn freehand with a marker pen. The same technique is used on the back heel tab of the shoe, revealing a signature Size? ‘question mark’, with similar logos subtly worked into other design sections such as the insole, seamlessly blended with the Swoosh logo.The pairs drop this Saturday, December 6, with entries open now on the Size?
