On top of ending one of the most dependable series in sneakers, the conclusion of CLOT x Nike led to far-reaching speculation about who Edison Chen’s label would collaborate with in the aftermath. While pairs like the Clot adidas Superstar have clarified who Chen’s primary partner is going forward, he’s keeping his options open. Look no further than the upcoming CLOT x Crocs collection for proof of that.
Three colorways are set to drop in this collection, two in trademark tones of “Mauve Mist” and “Aloe,” while a black pair relies on a classic grayscale formula. CLOT’s abstract Alienegra print is the most notable addition to this collection, creating a psuedo-camo out of sharp brushstrokes across each Classic Clog.
Additionally, these expectedly arrive with a full set of Jibbitz for customization. About a dozen charms are pictured across the three pair collection, bearing the Clot logo, “little green men” icons, the Alienegra logo in its traditional rune font, and “alien ears” that reach over the shoe when attached.
The “Aloe” colorway will be a China exclusive, releasing at JUICE Shanghai on March 27th before hitting retailers across the mainland the following day. Global customers will be able to pick up pairs in “Mauve Mist” and black at retail JUICE stores and online on March . Regardless of where you grab your pair, they’ll carry a $80 retail price.
In other collaborative news, the Reebok Hunter x Hunter collection releases March 22nd.
