One of 2025’s most anticipated Jordan releases just got more irresistible-and harder to get. The upcoming Air Jordan 4 “Black Cat” will arrive with a shocking update; according to @zsneakerheadz/Sneaker Files, the all-black AJ4 will feature the Nike Air logo on the heel for the first time.
In addition to this new cosmetic change, a release date for the Black Cat 4s is now expected to be November 28th, 2024 aka Black Friday. Previously, a release date had not yet been made public. The 11/28 date is not considered official and is subject to change. A first look at the 2025 Black Cat Jordan 4 s has also not been revealed. The above photo is a mock-up for visualization purposes.

The Black Cats Jordan 4 is currently expected to release on November 28th, 2025 with an MSRP of $225. The shoes are expected to release on SNKRS and Jordan retailers including Foot Locker, Finish Line, Champs, JD Sports, Sneaker Politics, CNCPTS, Extra Butter, and more. Air Jordan 4 Black Cat History
The Black Cat 4s first launched in 2006; it was the first-ever all-black colorway of the Air Jordan 4 and was given that specific nickname as a nod to Michael Jordan’s animalistic alter ego. Not a trace of another color was on the shoe, which at the time was quite uncommon for Jordan Retro footwear. In 2020, Jordan Brand brought back the Black Cat 4s back into the Retro circuit to much fanfare; pairs today command close to $1,000.
