Nike’s dedication to its athletes will be on full display beginning Friday, July 26th throughout the 2024 Olympic Games. You’ll witness the most innovative footwear and apparel in action on its athletes as they strive for the greatest platform in competitive sports — the medal stand. In addition to making noise on the design and engineering front, Nike is stealing the scene with the “Electric Pack”, a massive 55-shoe collection centered around the iconic “Ostrich” pattern that has been in play since its founding year of 1987.
Originally created by famed sneaker architect Tinker Hatfield, the Ostrich print (aka Safari print) combined with a blast of orange is leveraged across a number of Nike footwear products across a number of sports and even lifestyle casual wear. You might’ve seen a few of these selections get an earlier preview, like Nike Basketball’s GT Series and even the top-shelf AlphaFly 3 running shoe. But Nike’s spread it across soccer, track and field, and even on its Sportswear division on silhouettes like the Air Max Dn and Vapormax Flyknit 2023.
Not pictured are a number of other styles from Nike Skateboarding, such as the SB Dunk Low and the all-new PS8. Believe it or not, Nike is dropping all 55 pairs of shoes on July 24th, 2024; get them directly from Nike here.
