In one of the more eyebrow-raising developments we’ve come across lately, John Elliot’s short-lived Nike M2K Tekno appears to be returning to shelves.
Originally released in 2018 around the onset of the “dad shoe” trend, the M2K Tekno was touted as a modern version of the Air Monarch. It’s got a similar overarching silhouette, differing with a more futuristic midsole and complex layering scheme up top. This upcoming women’s colorway feature grey canvas underlays, white leather overlays, and black hits on all the branded elements, reprising a line of “dad shoe” colorways eight years after the model’s debut.
The M2K Tekno was previously sold for $100, but an inflation markup is likely on 2025 releases. Expect this “White/Grey/Black” women’s colorway to land during the Summer 2025 shopping season (between April-June).
