Avirex and Timberland, two classic American brands, united for a special collaboration. As both labels continue to make waves in the industry, especially with high-energy collaborations, they’ve teamed up to put their own twist on each other’s most famous designs. The Alchemist and Freddie Gibbs-led campaign sees the two artists equipped with a new jacket and boot from the brands.
For Timberland, its beloved 6-Inch Boot is back in its iconic golden wheat hue. Constructed with a premium waterproof leather upper, the boot features three distinct nods to Avirex: at the croc-embossed leather collar, the rubber lug outsole, and the boot’s leather hangtag. Looking to Avirex, its Icon Jacket has been repurposed as a co-branded creation. The silhouette, which has been used for decades, now sports Timberland leather. Beyond the wheat-colored body, croc-embossed leather can be spotted underneath the collar. Rounding out the design is Avirex’s crest chest patch and an embroidered logo lockup at the back.
The two-piece Avirex x Timberland collection is set to launch soon via the two brands, with select retailers listing December 15 as the debut date. Before the official drop, Extra Butter is offering early access to the collection on December 12.
