Over the years, Disney and Adidas have brought some of the world’s most lovable fictional characters to life via expansive apparel, footwear, and accessories collections. Marie from The Aristocats is the latest figure to get its own collaboration, taking on the Gazelle Bold for women.

Set to coincide with the iconic movie’s 55th anniversary, the Adidas Originals offering is clad in a ‘Sand Pink/Off White’ color scheme that nods to the animated film’s white-furred kitten. A high-quality, delicate suede construction takes over the bulk of the reworked Gazelle, playing into Marie’s refined elegance.

Branding on the top of the tongue is abandoned in favor of the kitten’s portrait, a detail that’s also appeared on other collaborations with Disney. Traditional Gazelle text on the lateral profile is reworked in a fancier cursive font. And, like the UltraBOOST ‘Victory Crown’ sneaker developed with Epic Games’ Fortnite, the platform-assisted Adidas Gazelle features a playful attachment at the spine in the shape of a pink bow, cementing Marie’s place in Three Stripes history.

An accompanying duo of the AdiFOM Stan Smith Mule surfaced after this story’s initial version went live. The fashion-forward slip-ons feature tonal ‘Sandy Pink’ and ‘Focus Blue’ updates, with Marie and her iconic bow appearing printed on the upper. Co-branding lands on the chunky mule’s insole.
