The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance T500 ‘Red’ is taken from a three-piece footwear pack, centered around a retro tennis shoe originally released in 1982. This pair utilizes a chalk white leather upper, accented with contrasting hits of scarlet on the snakeskin-textured ‘N’ logo, synthetic leather collar lining, and back tab, featuring Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance branding across the left and right shoe. A co-branded woven tag adorns the synthetic leather tongue. The low-profile silhouette rides on an aged off-white rubber cupsole, fitted with an interior foam wedge for lightweight cushioning.
From the extravagant sole unit to the breathable mesh upper, an onslaught of neutrals dresses the entirety of the upcoming pair while bringing a bit more flair when compared to the model’s past understated efforts.
