Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is continuing his dominant run both on the hardwood and in the sneaker world. Making a strong case for having the best debut signature basketball shoe in recent memory, the Oklahoma City Thunder star is ready to expand the Converse SHAI 001 lineup. Dropping just in time for spring, the newly surfaced “Camo” colorway takes the highly sought-after performance silhouette in a bold new direction, swapping out its usual solid-toned looks for a battle-ready graphic print.

Since its debut, the SHAI 001 has been praised for seamlessly blending high-level court performance with high-fashion aesthetics. However, until now, the shoe has strictly relied on monochromatic or color-blocked designs, such as the recently released velvety “Lux Truffle” edition. The “Camo” iteration breaks that mold, wrapping the entire textured upper in a classic four-color army camouflage print made up of green, brown, black, and tan.

To keep the busy pattern grounded and cohesive, Converse opted for a uniform army green finish on the shoe’s signature zippered shroud and chunky rubber outsole. Subtle branding details complete the look, with SGA’s personal logo embroidered in black directly on the tongue and stamped on the insole. Gilgeous-Alexander was first spotted rocking the covert colorway while out and about during the 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, immediately sparking hype among fans and sneakerheads alike.
