Additional technical features include a Twin Face lining for extra warmth, a PEBAX plate and a Vibram XS Trek Evo outsole for traction — making the boot one of UGG’s most technical designs yet.

The goal was to design a boot that could withstand the wear and tear of city streets for those who like to make statements, but that fit like a sneaker. Striking a fine balance between form and function, the JLD required advanced outsole innovation to assure solid performance and a range of movement. These technical aspects are juxtaposed by engaging visual elements, like heavy-duty metal eyelets and an earth-toned color palette that complements gorpcore-driven looks.
